I have struggled for years with my weight and trying to accept my body. But this is a new chapter in my life; no more diets, no more starving, no more binging! I eat clean non-processed foods and try to do physical activity once a day. This is no longer a diet, this is my lifestyle:)
I have found healthy eating and physical activity has helped me with anxiety, stress, depression and over all well-being. Im not perfect and dont eat perfect all the time, but I do my best. This is a blog to keep myself going and hopefully inspire others!
My biggest advice is to experiment, find what works for you and stick with it! For example I found that I love to run at night and so now I do it almost every night!
