My Diet

I try to eat “clean” foods, I stick to mainly:
  

Yoghurt
Whey Powder
Free range eggs
Lots of organic fruits and veggies
Tofu
Beans
OatmealNuts
Seeds
Fish 

I try my best to say No to:
Soda
Juice(too much sugar, just get vitamins from the actual fruit itself) 
Processed junk!
