hey!! Sorry for the late reply!! So I basically changed my eating habits, I stopped eating most processed food and focussed on eating fresh foods! I also went for 20-30 minute intense runs or did another form of cardio at least 4 nights a week (to get rid of belly flab) I also eat a lot of protein now, I am a vegetarian so i get most of my protein from tofu, soybeans, nuts, or Whey powder. I make sure to eat something with protein right after a workout to build muscle!
